Main Non Resident permit current timing

[misunderestimated]

I live in New York and mailed out my Main Non Resident permit and it arrived to them on 12/14/2010

Check cleared my bank 1-11-2011

My permit says issued 02/10/2011

I received it in the mail today 2/14/2011

63 days total with 4 holidays in the mix

i sent my ME & NH applications in the same time 1/28/11. two weeks ago i received my NH permit but as of today 3/7/11 no word on my ME permit.

edit: 3/15/11 and still waiting for my ME permit.

4/1/11 received my ME permit today.
