Kansas judge throws out machine gun possession charge, cites Second Amendment
A federal judge in Kansas has tossed out a machine gun possession charge and questioned if bans on the weapons violate the Second Amendment.

I always thought it does not make a lot of sense to regulate machine guns they we do. They clearly are weapons of value to a military / militia and should not be covered under the second. Same way a sawed off shotgun is not. The logic just does not add up.
