Glad the jury made the right decision. At the same time this is a little more than just "Open Carry" and more like wanting attention/showing off. Not a very smart choice from the teenager.

Thanks for asking  I've got the brother-in-law building me a combo clicker/molding press, and I just finished cutting two 1" thick hunks of granite counter top to 23"x14.5" (talk about making a mess) that I'm going to inset into the top of my work bench. I'm finishing an OWB for a G19 that's going to South Africa and then I've got to build holsters for two SA XDM's, a 1911, another G19, Browning High Power, S&W 640 and a M&P FS.

Hope the kid gets enough out of the upcoming lawsuit to cover his attorney fees and the first year of college at least. Only a substantial judgement will stop this kind of persecution and then only on a local basis.

Doesn't matter if it was an "assault rifle" or a "Big Iron On His Hip"...the law said he had the right to carry both...those cops need to re-read their law books and know the law they are charged with enforcing...i hope they get a strong reprimand.....

"In the recent future..."

Kind of an oxymoron there. Sorry to be nitpicky. Just because you can do something does not necessarily follow that you must do that thing. Glad he was acquitted but he needs to learn a lesson about picking and choosing your battles

Looks like he picked his battle and won it.

Looking at the fact the only way to purchase a pistol if you're under 21 is from a private seller it is more difficult for those under 21 to purchase handguns.
