LTC restriction Question.

I live in Massachusetts and Have just received my LTC class A renewal that took 5 months. My last license had no restrictions, my new license has restrictions- protection/target&hunting. So my question is, Is it the same as no restrictions?(all lawful purposes)

The restrictions mean what ever the issuing CoP says they mean. If your not sure what he thinks, ask, and get the answer in writing. Also, contact GOAL and tell them about the change from unrestricted to restricted. They've been tracking that sort of thing. You could always ask to have it changed to ALP, and if they refuse, speak to GOAL, Comm2A, or Keith Langer / Jesse Cohen (not sure if I spelled his name right) who are both Mass firearms attys.
