LTC question

I have my Class A (unrestricted) LTC in Massachusetts but my question is NOT about CARRYING in other states; my question is can I go to another state and just keep it in the house I am staying at or just transport it to and from the range? IOW, can I just treat it as a Class B if I were visiting my brother in FL?

Depends on the state you are going to. I do the same thing I go to NH to shoot and i have a unrestricted A in Mass. I called the state police the said I can open carry but if I am in the car it must be unloaded magazine out of my reach, gun under you control including left on the seat it cannot be hidden unless it has a lock on it or in a locked case. Open Carry in NH is lawful and per the attorney general cannot cause panic. In a home you can do what you want open or conceal it is a private resident. This is just for NH not sure what state you are talking about though. It varies greatly by state though best bet is looking up each states laws or calling to find out. And stay away from NY and NJ

Where in MA are you?

The state I was referring to visiting was Florida.
