Looking for volunteers

Hello Fellow Forum Members!

I'm working on a project with a business associate studying the concealed carry purses that are currently on the market. I have a questionnaire that I'm looking for volunteers to complete to offer feedback. I will personally be evaluating the results, which means you will NOT receive spam correspondence and your name/contact information will NOT be shared.

I am looking for women that carry regularly or occasionally. (To the guys out there reading this, if you have a wife/girlfriend/female friend etc, feel free to inquire to have your female companion participate). Anyone who is interested, please PM me and I can share further information with you.

Thank you for your time!

Have a great night!
Stay safe,
Anna

Sounds like a troll

Hello,

I'm quite disappointed by the name calling, when in fact you know nothing about me, nor do I about you. It's quite unprofessional in my opinion. My reasons for joining forums is to assist in the devlopment of products for female shooters. This is a niche that is lacking or is developed primarily by men who don't grasp the substantial differences between men & women.

Before you make assumptions, you should ask questions. Drawing conclusions or assumptions is an excellent way for people to develop an opinion on how you conduct yourself.

Stay safe,
Anna

Exactly what I thought. Who wants to waste time on a stupid survey anyway?

Hello,

Just as the thread states: I'm looking for volunteers....which means your involvement is voluntary. I have received many contacts via PM reference this study, which means there are plenty of women that are willing to participate. If their participation means that there are improvements made in gear designed for the female shooter, than it was time well spent.

Stay safe,
Anna

I'm going to stick my neck out and say I don't think Anna is a troll. She has an agenda which she has clearly stated and lets face it, if you don't ask you won't get. I think some of the hardened forum goers are a bit "troll-shy". What has happened to your ability to trust?

Welcome Anna and good luck with your quest.

Cheers
Gregg

Gregg,

You seem to be a wise man. Thank you for the welcome and for looking "deeper" into the post. I'm definitely not a "troll" as our forum mates accused me of being. I work in an industry that is striving to make products or improve the current products that exist for female shooters. It's a great industry, however, some people are not a pleasure to deal with on the forum level.
I see you are in New Zealand.....my brother worked down there as a white water raft guide about 3-4 years ago. He loved it!!!
Best regards & stay safe!

Cheers -
Anna

I'm not sure, as a male if this is where I should join in and state something I've always believed in. Once while working at a gun show to get CC passed into Wisconsin law we had a women volunteer. When she went on a break and to look over the show I told her to watch all the women she sees at the show. I told her watch the girls and she'll see that they alway walk behind her husband/boyfriend and don't get envoled with the guns. When she returned she told me I was right in every case. When I see a forum like this it lefts my spirits. As I told a couple that stopped at our display the womens vote is 100 times more important than 1 man's vote. The anti-gun crowd gets nervious when the "female" sends e-mails, letters, phone calls calling for pro-gun laws. When I bring this up at mostly male clubs they go silent. Women getting involved is the right way to go. I love it. Excuse me for interupting this forum. And my spelling. P.S. I'm not sure what's wrong with Anna's post. She's gettng involved.

Good morning!
Thanks for sharing what you and the women you volunteer with have noticed. It's VERY accurate! I have noticed this also at gun shows, as well as trade shows. So much of the gun industry (and related products) have always been driven and targeted by/to men. Hopefully, more women will embrace the empowerment of owning/carrying a firearm.
Thanks for sharing!! P.S. You don't need to apologize for interrupting or for your spelling :)
