Looking for M&P .40 compact mags

I need to find either the piece to put on the bottom of the mags to make the longer grip or the mags with them already installed. I'm talking about the 10rd factory mags, not the extension for the larger mags.

I've got a S&W M&P 40 compact also and I bought my extra magazines with the bottom plate piece from Midway USA...FYI

Are they factory or aftermarket mags?
