Hello Vermont shooters, I'll be visiting the Waitsfield area a few more times this year and would like to find a place to shoot my pistols. I would appreciate any recommendations of gun ranges or public areas where it would be ok for plinking. I am generally familiar with gun law in VT but would also like to know of any local ordinances, rules or customs regarding target practice in public areas. Gun store recommendations are also welcome. I have seen / used the various range and store finder tool online but would really like to hear what others have to say. Thanks in advance.
