Looking for a good thigh holster for XD-40sc

I'm wanting to get this for when I go hiking as there no way my usual OBW holster will work with the belt on my backpack. I found this:

It looks pretty good, and I really like the extra mag pouch. Thoughts?

Maybe you are young, strong and healthy Numenor, but I found carrying the extra weight on one side for extended mileage really put the pressure on that leg. Even a slightly unbalanced backpack takes its toll in a hurry for me. So for hiking/backpacking you may like something like this even more.

My personal preference is the Safariland holster, I prefer the 6305 series due to it having a level 3 retention system on it, its also the same holster my local police department uses
