My grandpa looking after simulate like this, just for .410 bullets.
But we don`t know the name(in English), and then we don``t know where to buy or look after it.
Could some of you help me?

That is a bullet mold for (from what you post) .41 cal black powder weapon. (If you have posted it properly.)

Search the internet for Black Powder suppliers/weapons and that will get you headed in the right direction.

I posted about this once, already. that's a lyman 2 cavity bullet mould. Google for a forum called "Cast Boolets", and ask there. They know.
