The Louisiana Open Carry Awareness League (LOCAL) has posted it's monthly newsletter for June 2014 which includes a list of meetings scheduled around the state for this month as well as a list of gun shows, an article about the recent lawsuit win by an OCer in New Orleans, an review of the La Legislative session and more.

The Northwest area LOCAL meeting is Wednesday, June 4 at Southfield Grill, 1810 Benton Rd, Bossier at 6:30 pm.

Meeting Reminder-
The Lafayette area LOCAL meeting will be tonight, Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 202 E. Angus Dr. in Youngsville, LA at 6:30pm.

Also we added the following meeting to the list in the newsletter.
The Florida Parish group will meet at the IHOP in Covington on Saturday, June 21 at 6:30 pm.
