Passport photo's Notary fingerpring (depending of work sch.) or if we can find a local officer. Certificate of training as required by both states.
We have mobile shooting ranges so we can come to you we travel to PA, NJ, NY, OH. (NJ, NY require a special permit)

I provide instruction either at the Pitcarn-Monroeville Sportsman Club or at the range of your choice by appointment. I am former Military/Law Enforcement and am a NRA Certified Instructor (pistol, rifle and soon 'Personal Protection Inside the Home' and 'Personal Protection Outside the Home').

For the Florida non-resident CCW, I provide the course, fingerprinting, Notary and all material needed.

Any recommendations for LEOSA qualification in Western PA? My department does not allow them on range.

Firearm ownership is not required for many of our courses. We would much prefer to have you purchase the correct firearm AFTER you've fired a number of types and calibers in one of our classes. All firearm related courses include live fire exercises. Refreshments, snacks, and lunch where appropriate are included.

Beginning self defense/CCW course Students will learn the rules for safe gun handling; pistol & revolver model parts and operation; ammunition and caliber choices; shooting fundamentals; self defense basics; grip and stance; aimed fire and point shooting techniques; handgun cleaning and maintenance; malfunction clearing drills; handgun selection criteria; safe firearms storage, and continued opportunities for skill development. 100 rounds of Live Fire in several calibers. Handguns and ammunition are provided. Students will receive the 144 page Basics of Pistol Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, Course Outline Binder & Syllabus, Student DVD, and NRA/DFI Certificate.
