LCR 22 value

I am looking to find the value of a Ruger LCR 22 I am thinking of selling. The gun looks new and has no issues. The "local" dealer will give me $275 on a trade. They sell them new for $495... What's a reasonable price to list this for?

Like new you should be able to list for private sale at $375 - 400, possible slightly more depending on what other gun shops are selling new for.
