What part of “shall not be infringed” is so hard to understand?
Furthermore, if a permit is required, whose permission are you gaining? I thought the Constitution declared it a right. Not permission.
My state has no license or permit required whatsoever. There is an optional town CCW license available. But it’s optional. Not required. I have one, because I want to look as above-board and honest as possible. But it’s not required.
I get it - it’s an agenda. But what I don’t get is how it continues with so much power. Why we let it continue, in those jurisdictions. Doesn’t make sense. I really like the point made above - about having to write for permission to worship at one church or another. That would never fly. How’s this any different.
