I swore I did the expensive app. It has been some time now, a year or so? I just noticed it says" 20.00 hunting/target" so.. how will this effect my carrying? After all, I am either going to go target shoot today- later. or I "did" target shoot today. I wonder if I can somehow see my old transaction if I actually did pay for the one I did not get

Ditto.

I'm guessing he's in NY where there are different kinds of permits, and he thinks he has the wrong one?

Indiana.... A wild guess - the "qualified" or hunting and target license allows you to TRANSPORT your gun off your property, unloaded and in a case, to the place of hunting or target practice. The "unlimited" or personal protection license allows you to carry the handgun loaded for personal protection. This is just a wild guess, I'm not going to figure out the actual law for you on this one - you need to take personal responsibility for that.

Personally I think your screwed. Re-apply for a full Personal Protection. If you're in Indiana, apply for the Lifetime.

Name the states where the constitution does not apply?

Walk around in Illinois with a gun with out an Illinois Permit and get caught. After you shoot a few cops and are shot yourself, if you live, you will go to prison.

Same for Several other states, Such as Indiana, If you don't have a Permit they honor.

But you already know this, so stop acting like a JA.
