Latest Stand Your Ground with a Twist

Yesterday, in SC, a magistrate judge dismissed charges against a man who ended up slicing open the stomach of a Navy sailor during an altercation in Charleston on 4/15. Seems that the Navy sailor and his friends, who had been drinking heavily, had been beating on a friend of the man who then jumped in to help his friend. He then found himself being beaten and stomped and kicked by the Navy sailor and responded with his knife. Stand your ground is alive and well in SC. Do you think it matters that in this case all individuals were white--that is if you think that the man and his friend were "white Puerto Ricans".

To the media consorting with a black prez that story will not matter because no matter where you came from if your skin resembles that of a caucasian, you are considered "white", therefore whites against whites crimes cannot be fairly reported or just shoved in the backburner. While these mongrels multipilies they wanted the whites to mess up their lives too like them. (Just to make it clear, I am not talking about the educated blacks here, only those whose hands are forever begging for entitlements...)

(snip)
"Montoya was arrested and charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. When Disser was interviewed the next day, he did not remember what happened the previous night."
(snip)
"Police obtained a cell phone video from a man who was filming near the encounter. They say the video backs up Montoya's testimony that he and his friend were attacked for no reason by the drunk man."

Looks liked Disser got dissed...

I guess we all need to be walking around with video recorders now. Waterproof button cameras are probably going to be a good thing.

"They're terribly comfortable. I believe everybody will be wearing them in the future."

Walmart sells a pen with a hidden camera that holds up to two-hours of video/audio for less than $50. Plugs (USB) into your PC to download content. I recommend everyone have one in their shirt pocket.

I just bought a video camera from a Best Buy store that will be closing its doors this coming Monday. We went there to look for display cabinets we might be able to use for our T-shirts for our convention and somehow I lost my husband somewhere between the entrance and the third aisle... and I ended up in the camera section...when we met I asked "what have you found?" He said "nothing.." He asked "what did you looked at?" I showed him my goodie...now if only I know how to read a manual, I might be able to operate it on automatic. I have to go learn English...

Mom, does that mean that you speak the language of the Outback?

I find most operating manuals seem to be translated from some extra-terrestrial language.
I spent seven years reviewing upper-end computer hardware and gadgets. One of my biggest complaints was the poor translation of manuals. My best line about something from a Seoul, Korea company: "Surely they could have found a drunk US soldier outside on the street who would have translated it to usable English for a bottle of Soju."

topic at hand ...no i could care less what color creed faith or sexual categories the bullies or the victims are that shouldn't matter it's the deed that matters however if is was a fact they lashed out at the victim because of his color creed etc then perhaps on top of any prison time and paying of lawyer and hospital fees to the victims of the bullies behaviour...he should also be mandated to seek counseling with his hatefulness and anger issues imo
but what does matter is the judge was right in dismissing a case against a man who in defense of his friend and rightfully so slashed the bullies' gut only after the bully proceeded to try and kick his butt too
the bully shouldn't have been kicking anyones butt . drunkeness is no excuse for such violent behaviour imo
if ya can't handle your booze perhaps you shouldn't be drinking the stuff
