Laserlyte Training / Practice Rounds

Does anyone have any feedback or experience with the Laserlyte Laser Training Round ? Was thinking of buying one for my 9mm & 380. Seems like an economical way to keep proficient and doesn't put holes in the wall .

Using one now. I like them for dry fire practice. Trigger control. Can practice draw & fire. Going to get one for each cal.
