Laser for Springfield Armory EMP

I searched and found a LaserMax for the SA XD series, but would the guide rod from an XD Micro with a 3" barrel be the same as the guide rod in a SA EMP?

it does not look like it is the same according to the documentation at springfield Armory,but have you seen this laser for the EMP

For about the same price, the Crimson Trace Laser Grip would be a better bet. They can be swapped on and off simply and they work. I have them installed on both my M&Ps.

Yes, I have seen that one, and I don't care for it. It looks like it would interfere with holstering, and easily knocked out of alignment.

Crimson Trace responded to my inquiry, and they do not currently make a laser for Springfield Armory's EMP.
