Has anyone heard where and when the forms necessary for CCW in Illinois will be available. I have taken the necessary training but cannot locate the forms to complete and send in to the State Police. I even contacted the State Police but have received no answer.

Jan 6 as of right now. They may change the date, but haven't yet. Look at the ILSP website on that day for more info.
