Large gap between slide and frame on my Pico

There is a pretty large gap between the slide and the frame of my Beretta Pico. I have heard that this is common and intentional with glocks so I didn't worry about it, until I recently went to a gun show and saw that other Picos had no gaps. It will actually move up and down slightly if I press on it, but seems to shoot fine. If anyone has an opinion on this please let me know.

That looks a little large, but I have seen other pictures with a smaller gap. I would call Beretta and ask them about it.
