No concealed carry on premisses. Also claim they can and will search any vehicle on property for concealed weapons.

Koch Industries, Inc. has an employee policy prohibiting the possession of firearms while on company property. While they lobby for many political issues, to my knowledge, their only foray in to gun policy has been to lobby specifically against a measure in Florida to allow CCW holders to carry even on private property. The notion that they can search private vehicles on company property in Kansas seems to run contrary to Kansas law and I don't believe it can be enforced without a lot of legal headache for everyone.

I agree that it does not seem to be legal from my research. They do claim the right to search all vehicles still. I read Kansas law to limit no concealed carry prohibitions to the inside of buildings, but not anywhere else on private land. Have not been challenged yet but will not sleep in a truck without a sidearm.

If you are a Koch employee then you could potentially lose your job for possessing a firearm while at work (company policy prohibits firearms). if you are not a Koch employee then they could ask you to leave but I don't think they have any grounds for any sort of legal action. Having a gun is not illegal and should not pose a safety issue at the plant.
