Kimber question??

Is there any advantage to the Kimber paper clip take down nonsense. Sorry, but to me it is just a pain in the A--.
Is there any advantage to the barrel bushing or other much more, no tool needed, simple systems??
Insanity to me. if in life and death situation I do not want to be looking for a paper clip if I need to break down my gun!!
Please explain why K made something more difficult and always requiring a tool for take down.

If your in a bind and do not have the tool you have to improvise so it's always good to have options , I had a Colt lightweight Commander and loved how it was super simple to break down but not the loose fit so you have a give and take in all guns .
