Conservative pundit Ann Coulter had a very fiery exchange with Liberal author and Democratic activist Kevin Powell on Current TV Tuesday, with Powell starting the verbal fight by telling Coulter she was “clearly a racist,“ and Coulter blasting right back that he was ”clearly a moron.”
Those were just two of the insults that flew during “Joy Behar's: Say Anything!” as part of a discussion about Coulter’s latest book, “Mugged: Racial Demagoguery from the Seventies to Obama.“
Powell claimed that Coulter ”plays the race card” for each book, after which Coulter said Powell was calling her a liar, “without naming what the alleged lie is.”
Responding to columnist George Will’s recent suggestion that Obama would lose the election if he weren’t black, Powell said it “speaks to the racial problems in this country, the racism in this country which is not dealt with accurately in this book because she’s making stuff up.”

George Will is correct, if Obama was white he would be treated different by the main stream media. That being said if Romney was black he would also be treated different by the main stream media. Works both ways.

I would suggest reading Treason by her. Damm if it won't tighten up your bowels, (it took me three attempts to finish it, I got so PO'd) but she ref's everything. REALLY a educating experience for me as she leads the reader how we got to where we are starting around the mid forties.

McCarthy knew that the masses could be controlled by mass media. He saw Hitler do it. He knew that anyone, especially the communist and or their sympathizer, was to use this on the sheepeople that it would undermine and erode our American values. Of coarse his was castigated by those same media types and members of Congress and left with this scarlet letter to be forever tied around his neck.
We now know he was right and the communists had infiltrated not only the movie industry and the news media but also the White House. The ripples of this incursion is quite visual today.

True, as far as it goes, but misses the point, which is that a minority person, speaking on "minority issues" will be given the benefit of the doubt and will be treated deferentially by the media because they are the bought dogs of the left and are afraid to be called racist if they call the left out on their BS.
