Somebody puts a thread on here every year about this. Yes she was great, but like all great things time fades it's popularity. You have to realize most people alive now, don't even know who Kate Smite was. A large percentage of the population wasn't even born when she died. I (being old) have had the pleasure of seeing her sing this many times, and remember when this clip was made. Long may her voice sound strong for freedom and liberty.
