Do the latest terrorist acts not illustrate that harsher gun laws and more liberal immigration would do nothing to stop violence and would most surely make things worse? Most of the carnage in Boston was the result of bombs, not guns. And these individuals were not fast tracked or temporary workers. Just think what will happen if they losen the regulations for admitting people to the US and restricting our rights to defend ourselves. I say, not a pretty prospect.

Gotta remember, because no guns were used in the bombings, the penalty won't be as severe because blowing up an 8 year old and two more, and blowing limbs off multiple people isn't as bad as shooting them apparently.
