Ballston spa n.y.(Saratoga county). any one from around there know how lenient he is on granting CWP. I had sent a letter to him about a month ago requesting that my NRA pistol safety course be waived because of my military background. I herd back from him a week later granting me my waiver but still asked for a reason for CC. I put something together sent it to him a few weeks ago. Does anyone know how strict they are in that county?
