It will be interesting to see what actually happens to the judge for being reckless and stupid with his firearm in open court. Something tells me he will get a slap on the wrist and nothing will happen. If you or I did this we would have been cuffed and put in jail immediately.

According to the story, the Judge pulled out his loaded firearm, held it out as if 'offering' it to the plaintiff and then he 'jokingly' told her that she should 'shoot her lawyer'.

Was he 'menacing' anyone in the courtroom?
Short answer is 'No'.
Was he being foolish & wreckless with a loaded firearm in an open courtroom?
