James Skoufis (D) Bill larkin (R) Stand up guys my district how did yours do?

My district guys both came through James Skoufis was great he voted nay and yes he was a demarcate.Bill larkin voted nay also. James Skoufis gave me a call last night. I have been calling all day as I am sure all you guys were. He stated that he thought that his base is not to happy with the way he voted , but he could not agree with what they did or how they did it. I told him that we do not forget these things.

Our senator Patti Ritchie voted nay. I haven't seen a vote record for the assembly.

Those that approved must be voted out. The PEOPLE should be heard! NYS govt you accomplished nothing yesterday. Well… probably not any different than any other day.

Steve McLaughlin and Kathy Marchione both voted against the bill(Assembly and Senate) just as they said they would. I think it is time to change the way the state legislature is formed. Let's elect only 2 representatives from each county. This will save money by reducing the size of the legislature. This would also make legislative actions more equitable for the portion of the state outside the boroughs of New York city, which currently have more voice in the legislature than the balance of the state. We could also shorten the session to say 60 days per year. Then maybe they would just have enough time to do the important business and stop looking for further ways to infringe the rights or raise the taxes of those of us that live here.

Yeah, Big James came through for us, as did Larkin, Bonicic in the senate and Annie Rabbitt in assembly. They got overrun, and I don't get it.

Best idea yet! NYS has roughly 19 million residents, 8 million of whom live in NYC. They control the legislature. Upstate is disenfranchised.
