I see he lost his bid to be re-elected...Now we might be able to get the restaurant carry passed...He kept blocking it.

True, Jakie is out. But Robber Harrell was able to keep his seat, and too many others to mention. Still, a great majority of seats in our statehouse are filled with RINOs. We didn't even field a competitor for Jim Clyburn's race.

If we can't form a cohesive voice, we have nothing. And if we, NRA members, can't get our national organizations to pay attention to actual voting records rather than how the RINOs answer a political questionnaire, we'll always be fighting an uphill battle.

Is there any group working toward that end? (How do I help?)
It aggravates me to no end that I have to disarm every time I go into a restaurant even though I don't drink.
- Leaving a weapon in the car or bike (easy to steal) bothers me
- Chance of someone seeing me unholster and calling in a MWAG.

I do not know of a group...I know Kevin Bryant was one of the bills sponsors. i just emailed him and ask if he was going to bring his bill back up.....
Will post his reply.

Read from bottom up. I asked if Kevin was going to bring this back up.

Are you going to introduce you bill again to allow concealed carry in restaurants that serve as long as you are not drinking?
