Recently in highland park,IL this group has been canvasing the area and asking people if they could hang them up. One owner stated they said they should or had to. Another owner did not even know it was up and the last person I spoke with said she felt bad and only said yes cause they had a child that was blind and had customers in the store.
I believe if I am not mistaken that the law states in IL that the OWNER needs to put up signs Correct? Anyway they are planning on going around to other areas saying they have been requested to go there. By who. I do not know. If those owners in the other areas wanted those signs up they would just get them.
