Any suggestions for a IWB for the shield?

At about $29.00 + shipping, You can't go wrong. You can replace the kydex shells if needed and get belt loops instead of clips. its cant and height adjustable and also tuckable.

I use a Crossbreed. A bit more expensive (about twice the price, with a lengthy wait), but I like it better than the Alien Gear. A buddy has an Alien Gear for a shield. We swapped for a week. He ordered a Crossbreed.

The leather just seemed more comfortable. Softer. Didn't get 'gummy' from sweat.

Just my 2 cents.

I have an Alien Gear for my 9 Shield and a Crossbreed SuperTuck for my 9c. The Crossbreed is much more comfortable.

I have a N82tactical pro model and a High Noon Holster for the shield I just got rid of. Are you a lefty?

Mesota holsters on ebay sell quality holsters around 35 including shipping. Very comfortable comparable to crossbreed for about 1/3 the price.

Check out the Old Faithful kits. You can customize the holster to your liking. I put the kit together for my shield and then ordered a set of the velcro clips from Crossbreed i think. I used a metal clip on the front and the velcro on the back, so there is no clip showing in the back when i tuck my shirt. My cell phone case covers the front clip.

Nate tactical ^2. Also called n8tactical.
Go with the original and check the sizing chart. $39.99. You will not be sorry, it is the most comfortable holster on the market because of the suede backing. Feels nice against the skin and keeps sweat of the gun

I carry my shield in a Hidden Hybrid Holster. Very nice, good quality, the backing is comfy, and has the option to convert it to owb by simply removing the clips.

My n8 tuckable is comfortable, but almost impossible to draw from. The retention dimple in the trigger guard is so deep that drawing is nearly impossible.

I've got mine in a Milt Sparks VM2, very comfortable. I also conceal with a Galco OWB. I don't have the N82 for my Shield, but had one for my G26. You will NOT beat the comfort of those things and I may get one for the Shield.

Are you twisting when you draw? I'm a fan of the standard models over the "Professional" myself for that reason.

Comp Tec Minotaur is a great holster for the Shield. Adjustable height and cant, along with different types of clips and interchangable modular body (for different guns) makes this a great IWB holster. I just wish I had bit the bullet and spent the money on the Minotaur first instead of trying several cheaper models.

Here's my cooksholsters.com tuckable IWB for my Shield 9. Bob did a coyote brown color for me.

I just picked up one of those STICKY IWB..... works GREAT..... I use it for my shield 40

I had a sticky for my PF9, worked awesome. The fact they can ride REAL low came in handy in shorts amd light T-shirt weather. May buy another for my Shield.
