It's Here, The Delaware Gun Registration Bill

It's here. The first of the new anti-gun bills proposed in Delaware. House Bill 35 is the Gun Registration legislation we have been told about. It was entered and assigned to the Judiciary Committee. HB 35 was written and totaly sponsored by left wing Democrats. The Judicary Committee is primarily a Democrat Committee with only a few Republicans. I look for HB 35 to go through committee and be sent to the floor for discussion and vote without much of a chance of it being struck down in committee with a down vote or "desk drawer veto".

Not Good People need to stand up and say no new gun laws

HB 35 was sent to the Judiciary Committee last Wed. (3/13) and tabled. It is suposed to be brought back up on Wed. (3/20) for discussion and committee vote. It has since has an amendment added that excludes holders of DECCW permits from having to go through background checks again, since they had gone through that already in getting their permits. Also excludes current LEOs and some former LEOs.
