No such bill has been introduced. However, there is a pro-gun bill that recently passed the Ohio House and is now in the Ohio Senate waiting for action. See this article for details.

I hope the Senate passes this. I live in Pittsburgh, PA and have to use a UT permit to carry 30 minutes away in OH.

I've never heard of any state with a law that forces private businesses to allow you to carry. That would infringe THEIR rights as business owners.

a buddy is mine in Fla and this is how he described it to me, but i could be wrong

I live in Florida. A business can not ban concealed weapons. It started with a person with a concealed weapon in his car (i don't know how anyone found out) on Disney property. Disney said no weapons on their property, and he sued and won.
