Is anyone as PO'ed at the NRA as I am?

I signed up for a CCW class in Ohio that was to take place in Ohio. I searched online for an instructor and once I settled on one, I contacted him for the class dates. A week after it was scheduled, he called and said the NRA had changed the classroom portion because they were out of pamphlets. He sent me a link to the NRA website to take the online course and I contacted him once I had it completed. He sent me an email link with a sign up for Phase II, and I completed that portion with him. Wasn't a huge deal, but couldn't help but feel like I was missing out on something since I had to watch the videos on the laptop and only had 2 hours with the actual instructor. Said that it definitely hurt his business and had to reduce the prices of his classes since they were no longer all inclusive.
