Hi everyone, new to the forum. I have a question that I hope one of you can answer.
I know Indiana law states that an employer cannot ask an employee if they have a firearm in their car/truck but does the employee have a lawsuit against the company for just asking? I read Indiana gun laws and it does not specify if legal action can be taken. Thanks!
