IN Concealed Carry law question

Apologies for my ignorance but if a person is on first offense probation, can they apply for their concealed carry license? I'm thinking no but in my short research, I don't see where it talks about probation. Thank you for your help.

1. I would guess where you live and how long ago that offense occurred. If you are currently on probation then the answer is NO. but if it happened 10-20+ years ago then it's up to the official's who's responsible for signing off on your application. Good luck
