In Bloomberg's own back yard! A Cannon! And it's loaded!

"NEW YORK — Workers in Central Park made a surprising discovery recently: a cannon they were working on preserving was loaded and ready to fire."

It had been on display in the park for more than 100 years and was capped. Evidently no one checked to see if it was still loaded before capping it.

Here are some words that I would pay good money to hear,"Mr.Bloomberg you are under arrest for the possession of an unregistered cannon in New York City". I can't even imagine standing there when they slap the cuffs on, PURE HEAVEN!
