I am interested in purchasing a firearm for my home protection but am concerned about the background check that will be done. I accesed a computer illegaly several years ago because I was angry about something going on at my job at the time. Anyway, long story short, I was charged with a felony and a misdemeanor. However since I had no criminal record at that time, the prosecution offered a pre trial diversion where I had to pay a fine, do some community service and the charges would be dismissed.
So Im concerned that I might be denied a license here in Indiana and I dont want to look like a fool walking in there only to be denied. Anyway I did a background check on me just to see what would come up and this is what I found..
