Illinois to begin sending out ccl's

According to Todd Vandermyde, Illinois' NRA lobbyist, the Illinois State Police will announce later this week that they will begin sending out CCL's at the end of the week.

I heard today that the 5K permits were being sent out. Those that included finger prints were going out first. There are 50K more waiting to be processed. Good news for us!!!

So not only the criminals will be carrying weapons but also us law abiding citizens as well. Chicago has some of the worst gun violence. I am so glad I do not live in that city.
