I just finished reading the newest bill for conceal carry in Illinois. This is a solid bill well thought out and very fare. This should pass (famous last words). Citizens of Illinois make the calls to Springfield lets get this done.

Non-resident issuance is an option and it doesn't say "Must Apply in Person" = :lol:
