ok, for those who don't have enough background. I see other posts commenting upon it being "silly" to be chamber empty. Because it's "so slow". I point out that I am faster to the hit even if I am carrying chamber empty. So the THE ISSUE IS HOW FAST YOU ARE (or are not) to the hit. If you aint really fast, then your commentary about the chamber empty carry mode is just talk. Since it's rare to have to fire, much less hit, the condition of the chamber doesn't mean all that much. Leave the punk an escape route and get the gun pointed at him early enough, and the odds are quite high that you won't even have to fire. Be too slow to get the gun out and pointed at the guy, and/or corner him, and you'll probably lose out, in one way or another, regardless of whether or not you keep a round chambered.
This guy posts just like a troll before...onlypill or something

In my family we call a firearm without a round in the chamber a club (as in bat or stick).

I'll keep one in the chamber anyway.
Your obviously not considering many real life scenarios. Criminals and punks don't always just walk up to you, letting you know your about to be a victim.
Around these parts, we call it a rock.In my family we call a firearm without a round in the chamber a club (as in bat or stick).
