I picked up my new G26 yesterday.

I had been on the hunt for something better for CCW than my XD9 service. My local shop had a gen 3 G26 that I checked out last weekend. I really liked the way it felt in my hand and it points so naturally for me. I've read a lot of discussions in the past about how the Glock grip angle is such a deal breaker for some. The grip angle on the G26 just feels so natural to me. I am very pleased with this gun, so far.

The best part is the trade deal I got from the shop. I traded my 3 month old XD9 service with 400 down the pipe plus $50.00 for the new gen 3 G26. He even threw in an extended mag to go along with the two standard mags that came with the Glock. I am planning on heading to the range on Saturday morning to run a couple hundred rounds through her. I can't wait!

Just joined the forum. Great website. Congrats on the Glock purchase. I think you will enjoy it. I've had mine for almost 6 years/concealed carry.

Congratulations on the acquisition! Many many safe and happy. . .and accurate!. . .rounds downrange!

PD, welcome to the site, from one NJ'ian to another!

Better bring more than 200 rds that little gun is way to much fun, my wife carrys a 26 and I carry a 27 these are pretty much our main carrys,

I have a G27 and love shooting it. My G27 is my winter carry gun. I just picked up a Kahr PM9 for summer carry and I use my Kel-Tec P3AT for very light clothing days. Each of my carry pistols have the crimson trace laser guard... love it. 2-3" groups at 25 yards consistantly.
