Ship the gun through an FFL. You'll need the receipt to remove the gun from your permit after he has it. There's really no other way to do this.

here in free america unlike the socialist/fascist NE states guns are not registered and are not connected to the permission to carry concealed slip.

Nice rant, still violates Federal Law.

Again I ask, is there a Federal law about gun registration? If not, then what part of his "rant" violates federal law, since he only "ranted"" about gun registration, and the purchase being connected to a permission slip.

If you seriously have that little reading comprehension to not get what he was implying, I don't even know what to say. I'm not spelling it out for you here as anti's are watching every gun page on the net and using our own words against us. Also funny he uses the term Socialist / Fascist NE States, when a handful of them can open carry and he can't. so THAT's "free" America huh??

what exactly am I implying? in FREE america I can buy a gun without getting permission from the local barneys and after I purchase it I do not need to register it. try doing that in commie NY, NJ, CT, MA, IL, DC, MD, CA and some others.

Your implying that you would have shipped the gun, which is what this thread was about in the first place. OR you just wanted to start a rant and throw the thread of topic. Making you the troll. I'm pretty sure the OP wanted advise on a xfer, not opinions on your views of his states laws or others. There's a section for that, feel free to go there to waste your keystrokes.
