If you needed a background check to run for office 90% of the congress would be gone along with the entire Obama Administration. We would actually have to find honorable people to run for office instead of career political hacks. It would also make the majority of bureaucrats ineligible to keep their jobs.

I'll take a stab at it. If I were tasked with doing background checks for presidential candidates and whatever of this interloper's file crossed my desk, I would stop the background check and judge him ineligible as soon as I saw that he was born with dual citizenship. You can't be a natural born citizen if you were born the citizen of another country as well.

This is the single most telling piece of evidence that all in government are out to destroy the Constitution. You don't need to prove that he was born in Kenya, or that natural born means being born of two citizen-parents, or that the birth cert. the White House posted is a fraud (which it definitely is), or that he has never had a SS# of his own (which he definitely has not), or that his Selective Service card is a fraud (which it definitely is), or that his hidden school records would show him accepting financial aid as a foreign national, or all the other million-dollar secrets this guy protects like his life depended on it, which it does, because he should be lined up at the under-used wall at Leavenworth and shot after a fair trial for treason - none of this needs proving or verifying once it's established that he held dual citizenship at birth, and is, therefore, ineligible. EVERYONE in government knows it. They're all in it together.
