I have a Florida question

I recognize that some of you out there have much better resources for legal information, so I thought I would throw this out for comment.

As you may guess, I live in Florida. Florida is a conceal carry only state (we hope to get that fixed) so I CC when out and about. But when I'm at home I open carry or what I have heard referred to as a Tennessee carry. Still wearing my CC IWB rig but not completely covered by shirt of jacket. (T shirt tucked in, gun grip exposed)

Here comes the question. If I am in my garage with the door open and someone happens to walk by and sees that I am carrying my firearm, would I be in violation of CC rules?

Open for comments, guys and gals.

Don't hold me to it, but it should be private property (not public acces) and up to the owner of the property (you). But I live in SC and it may be different in FL.
