And I cant find a spot that's comfortable all the time. For example, at 4-4:30 this holster kicks butt when I'm standing up/walking or sitting and leaning forward, but when I lean back in a chair its like I'm sitting on the gun a little.

And this is my first holster FWIW, any advice?

I'm 6' and skinny with a very little belly, I'm about 150-160.

You're going about it all wrong. You need to get a gun that fit you first. Your body will probably be comfortable with a shorter pistol, and a slimmer profile. You might even have to look at .380s. Especially in the Summer months.

Right gun

I agree. A gun that size needs to be carried oswb or in the shoulder harness. But I am not comfy with switching to a .380 try a 38+p. There are several very light models now and they work great in th e front pocket with the combination you have a gun for all situations.

I agree 100% with the other posters. Often times we look for a good CCW holster, but not a CCW gun that fits our lifestyle etc.

I carry a Kahr CM9 in a kingtuk. Wear it at 4:30 and due to its slim profile it melts away and is very comfortable to carry all day. Depending on the temperature here in SC, I'll carry a full size XD OWB.
