......in my shirt size! While I am not licensed yet I have been wearing around the house and realize that for me not to imprint I will need to move up from a medium shirt to a large or 1X before I get licensed and wear away from home. Anyone else need to do a major overhaul of their wardrobe after deciding to carry?

When I started to cc I had to buy pants that were a size bigger and a nicer belt to help with the weight. I use to live in an area that I could wear a jacket most of the time. I then bought p238 for pocket carry for the summer months. You are definitely right, wardrobe change is a big one when you start to cc.

Since then I moved to a sunny and hot area, and started to open carry. I now have gone back to normal fitting clothing, but kept the nice belt. I tell you what, it's really nice not having to dress around the gun.

I carry a 1911 IWB. I'm a little bit more limited with shirts and have a few more button-up types but I haven't changed shorts or jean size.. I had a G23 and didn't change a bit. I'm thinking about changing to a compact 9mm just so I'm not limited when it comes to any clothing.

longer and baggier shirts was a must for me to conceal without being to obvious and looser pants too
i use a good gun belt and crossbreed style holster positioned at 330.....my gun has a big butt so i need the baggier bigger shirts ....

I do have a sturdy belt and i picked up a ITP that keeps it tight to my body, i do have a few bigger shirts and I can wear pretty comfortable and without imprinting. Thanks for the feedback

Now you know why all of the gangbangers are wearing baggy clothes.
If 'they' are going to be armed then we also need to be armed.

Yep,on days I'm stuck wearing the smaller shirts,I don't carry my SR40c.:frown:

Had to buy more button shirts and as long as they were not super tight and long enough they easily conceal my M&P 9 in my OWB holster. They work really well for me, gun rides high and tight and shirt keeps it concealed.
