All I said was that you were publicly bragging about committing a Federal felony. I never said anything about any past convictions you might or might not have.

I can openly admit I would carry illegally should my rights ever be taken away. I've also carried concealed after moving while waiting for my new ccw permit, but I'd strongly suggest getting yours just to cover yourself. I get where you're coming from and it also makes me sick having to ask permission for my right to protect myself, but if you can carry legally you might as well save yourself the future possible trouble. Granted the possibility of actually getting caught is pretty slim but if you actually had to use it in self defense carrying a gun illegally is a bad way to start.

Again I'm not bashing your choice, just my opinion. I'd hate to see a decent American jailed over some paperwork.

The worst part is that you came here bragging about endangering the very rights and privledges that we enjoy on this forum. You are the very model of what liberals think about gun owners, irresponsable, dangerous, and disrespectful of the laws.

Is his name t-bone from compton? No? Then how is he any more dangerous than any other firearm owner on this forum? If everyone decided to follow the constitution instead of all the garbage they added over the years then we wouldn't have to beg our Nazi sheriffs if we could please protect ourselves
 
Because there is a difference between a licensed and armed individual who defends themselves from threats and the headline about two armed individuals going at it in a city street. The first one envolves a person who is exercising the benefits of living in an armed state with stand your ground laws and reaping the rewards of a life spent with a clean record by being allowed to ccw. The second example is about two fugitives of justice that the police will be looking for and scaring the general public. 2nd amendment rights concern gun ownership, ccw is a privledge handed down to me by my attorney general for having kept my nose clean my whole life. As a result of all these things my ability to defend myself just got more colorful, screwheads like this guy who refuse to play along with a simple set of rules endanger the future of ccw for everyone.

Just a thought, but you might not want to talk about committing homicide on a public forum. This feed goes out across many social media platforms, and there is no statute of limitations on murder, even murder in self-defense.
 
Imo unless you live in the bush you have to many chances to get caught with a gun.. from traffic stop ect. Then nothing but trouble. But live on be safe

I find it humorous that he commits a felony by carrying a 2-shot .22 pistol. That just reeks of breaking the law only for the reason of breaking the law with no other useful purpose behind it.
 
He must of changed the pictures since it was a pocket gun with a hole in the holster, right? There was an advertisement on here for the very similar DeSanti's holster.

I went and clicked on it, and chose an option for my firearm (link above). It said, "only illegal in California". Is it legal to own if you have the paperwork for it? If not, why is DeSanti's selling an illegal holster? Why is an illegal holster an ad on this site?

The slide is exposed in the holster that is legal at the Federal level (top). Thus, that holster only falls under state law.

The entire gun is disguised by the bottom holster, and the gun can be operated without removing it from the holster. Both of those factors together make the holster an "Any Other Weapon" and requires the NFA registration and tax stamp to be legal. Otherwise, it is Federal felony to have a gun in the holster.
