A homeless person in Miami died of hypothermia during a recent cold snap. You need to stay warm but not so warm that you sweat.
If someone has a mild case of hypothermia...try this put their hands in luke warm water. This will slowly warm them up from the inside out. If the water is too warm it will feel like fire. Unless you really want to share a sleeping bag, warming the hands and feet will bring warmer blood into the core and help save that life.
FOR EXTREME CASES OF HYPOTHERMIA SEEK MEDICAL AID ASAP...GET THE SLEEPING BAG READY AND CALL 911!!!
