Apart from challenging it in the courts (which I think is likely) I was contemplating, how to circumvent this ammo prohibition of SB 1235 (as well as any prohibitions and "requirements" of the so-called Safety for All ammo initiative statute, if that passes)?
Well, I thought about it, and I figured it out.
One option would be just skip across the border to Nevada every now and then, make a big buy, and come back across the border.
Something about that just didn't seem satisfactory, though.
So I came up with a neat (though admittedly, probably not very original) idea for how to just get around the prohibitions entirely without even having to leave the State.
